Fabulous!,
I did a catering event for 5 days in Maui and survived off of this book! It was nice to have items in the menu that were more easily accessible and available (and less expensive than imported food). Would highly recommend. Easy to follow. A little bit of cooking knowledge is necessary. Also, I noticed that some of the pictures do not match the recipe (I saw other vegetables in the salad than were in the recipe, etc.) But if you are ok with using this as a general guideline, it has some great ideas and creativity.
