Clinton Family Farms is a proud producer of 100% Pure Sorghum. Sweet sorghum is made from 100 percent pure, natural juice extracted from sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) cane. The juice is cleansed of impurities and concentrated by evaporation in open pans into a clear, amber colored, mild flavored syrup. The syrup retains all of its natural sugars and other nutrients. It is 100 percent natural and contains no chemical additives of any kind. Excellent served over hot biscuits, pancakes, waffles, bagels. Delicious in baked beans, bakery goods and sweet potatoes. Sweet Sorghum is a nutritive alternative to many sweeteners. Any Pure Syrup will turn to sugar. If this turns to sugar before using, place container in a pan of boiling water until it dissolves.
