Great homemade ice cream recipes. Great price compared to the other books and what you get. If you are looking for ice cream recipes that you will actually try and use all the time, this has all the favorite ice cream recipes. If you like to cook outdoors this will make a great compliment. No fluff, are filler recipes, these are the staple homemade ice cream recipes that everyone will love.
The bonus is good too, has a lot of summer recipe ideas etc. Watermelon ideas, etc. Nice extra.

This book and guide has all the staples as well as some favorite recipes for the people that want to get a little more exotic.

FINALLY a homemade ice cream book I can actually make the recipes from! Every other one I have bought have been too difficult for a novice cook like myself. I grew up with my stepmother making homemade ice cream every summer and really wanted to pass the idea along to my friends and other family members. This book gave me great recipes and easy techniques to use to make my very own ice cream at home. Great for a summer gift!
